3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply exclusively to EzyPay LLC service fees paid directly to us. Refunds do not apply to:

  • Government filing fees, state registration costs, or third-party payments.
  • IRS or State charges for EIN, tax ID, or licensing.
  • Payments made to software platforms or partner vendors (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, etc.).
  • Any work already completed and delivered (e.g., filing submission or document delivery), unless it fails to meet the agreed scope.
  • Customers must submit their request within 30 days of service delivery to qualify.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Complete the Refund/Cancellation Form available on our website.
  • Provide your order number, contact details, and a short reason for the request (optional under our no-questions-asked guarantee).
  • Once received, our billing team will review and confirm within 24 business hours.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to service activation or document filing.
